02How to fight
Three moves to win the crown
The boss charges while you type. If its bar fills before you finish the prompt, it strikes and you lose a heart.
1Attack by typing
Every finished prompt hits the boss. Type it without a single mistake for a critical hit that does 50% more damage.
2Block the specials
Every few seconds the boss winds up a special attack and one big key appears. Press it before the ring closes to parry: the boss is stunned and loses 8 health. Miss it and you lose a heart.
3Beat the trick
Each boss bends the prompt its own way: fading letters, a fog spell or sunken symbols. 3 crits in a row charge a super that hits 2 times as hard, and below 40% health a boss gets enraged.
