01How it works
Your fingers can see in the dark
Looking down at the keys is the habit that slows most typists. Night Typing takes the keyboard away so your fingers learn to find their own way.
1The keyboard sleeps
No on-screen keyboard and no finger hints. Your hands find the keys by feel, which is exactly what touch typing means.
2Only a glow ahead
You see just a few letters ahead, and fewer in every constellation. What you have typed fades into the night, so you cannot look back.
3Light it up
Every correct key lights a star. Finish with 90% accuracy to light the constellation for good. 3 lanterns let you peek at the keyboard for a moment.

Six constellations, less light each time
Each constellation shows fewer letters ahead than the last. The stages visit every sky twice, first with more light, then with its own narrow window. Light all six at their own window for the Stargazer badge.
