01How to fight
Three moves to save the planet
Each wave brings more meteors, longer words and more speed. Clear a wave without losing a life for a 500-point perfect bonus.
1Lock on, then fire
Type a meteor's first letter to lock on, then finish the word to blow it up. Every meteor starts with a different letter. Backspace drops your target.
2Panic? Press enter
An EMP wipes the whole screen. You start with one charge and earn more every other wave, or by shooting a +EMP meteor.
3Every third wave: boss
A giant meteor with a health bar and a long word. It costs two lives if it lands, unless your shield catches it.
02Power-ups
Shoot the glowing ones
Some meteors pulse with a coloured halo and carry a label. Destroy one to collect its power.
- Shield
A force field around your ship soaks up the next hit, even a boss.
- Freeze
Every meteor on screen slows to a crawl for four seconds.
- +1 life
Patches up your ship. Only shows up when you have lost a heart.
- +EMP
One more screen-clearing EMP charge, up to three.
